Welcome to FinNowLab. This document governs your use of services, information products, and goods provided by our real-time analysis lab. By accessing or purchasing any offering, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

1.1 Our services include live analysis sessions, personalized consulting, and performance reviews conducted by our team. Each engagement is defined by scope, schedule, and fee, as detailed in your confirmation.

1.2 Scheduling and Delivery

Sessions are booked upon receipt of full payment.
You may reschedule a session by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

1.3 Cancellation and Non-Refundable Fees

If you cancel within 48 hours of the session start, the fee becomes non-refundable due to reserved resources.
If you cancel earlier than 48 hours in advance, you may receive a full reimbursement or choose to apply the fee toward a future session.

2. Information Products

2.1 This category covers digital guides, research reports, and downloadable materials. Access is provided immediately after payment.

2.2 Refund Conditions

Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase and prior to download are eligible for a full refund.
Once access has been granted or the material downloaded, purchases are final and not eligible for reimbursement.

3. Goods

3.1 Merchandise includes any physical items sold through our platform.

3.2 Sending Back and Refunds

Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
After inspection, an equivalent reimbursement will be issued within 14 days of receipt.

4. Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. The following outlines reimbursement methods and options for rescheduling, where applicable.

Services: Eligible cancellations (as per section 1.3) will be reimbursed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
Information Products: Approved requests (per section 2.2) will be reimbursed within 5 business days via the same payment channel.
Goods: After your item is sent back and accepted, reimbursement is processed within 14 days to the original payment account.
No Reimbursement Circumstances: Any service explicitly canceled within 48 hours or digital content accessed or downloaded is not subject to a reimbursement due to the immediate delivery nature and resource allocation.
